The new home, which has been built on a farm in the Midlands, is the most expensive home ever built in Ireland.
Its £9.3m price tag is more than triple the cost of the previous record holder, a new £2.3bn house in Dublin built by the family of the late Irish billionaire and businessman Robert E. McCormack.
It was designed by architect Simon Pemberton and is believed to have cost €6.6m.
The kitchen is designed to house three people with a single bed, and the kitchen’s floor-to-ceiling windows are used to look out over the farm.
It has three different finishes: stone, brick and wood.
It is the first home to be designed by Pembertons family, which also designed the new home at the Millennium Hotel.
The interior design team are from the design firm, which are now at work on a new hotel at the Hotel de la Reina Sofia in the Italian city of Rome.
It will also be used for the Olympic Games in 2020.
Pemberson, who is known for his lavish and glamorous lifestyle, was once reported to be worth a billion dollars, although he never revealed any of his wealth.
